A Project Manager is engaged to act as the owner’s representative on development projects to ensure the owner is receiving maximum value for money throughout the project.
As our client, we help you evaluate all areas of the project and highlight any potential risks and then discuss the best course of action to mitigate the risk be it financial, schedule related or any other possible risk.
Our prime focus is to ensure that your interests are fully protected, risks are mitigated and to maximize the efficiency of all the team members on the project.
Development Feasibility
We work with the client to provide a clear picture of the over-all development prior to project inception.
Risk Analysis and Mitigation
We work with the client and the development team to highlight the risks and suggest methods to address and mitigate them in a way that they best meet the client’s needs.
Project Design
We manage the design teams to ensure that the project evolves in a manner that meets the client’s needs and expectations.
Construction Oversight
We monitor the project closely during the construction phase focusing on the coordination between the design team, construction group and the client.
