A project manager is usually hired to act as the owner’s representative on development projects to ensure the owner is receiving maximum value for money throughout the project.

The project manager will work closely with the owner to set the parameters for the project such as budget and schedule. They will help to select and hire the team members required to complete the project including architects, engineers and contractors.
